The PMP Certification is for project managers who are trying to get a promotion after having worked for at least three years. It is the highest level of Certification offered by the Project Management Institute and is actively sought by all major organizations that are looking for someone capable to lead, manage and successfully execute their projects. Perhaps the more unreasonable fees involved is the training to become a PMP. Set aside $2,000 to $4,000 for this training to make sure you can cover the costs.
